Single Sessions include Drop-In Classes and Coaching Sessions.

Drop-In Classes may be used for eligible non-course classes at any time or to try one of our progressive courses during the first week of the monthly cycle only.

Coaching Sessions are 30-minute, one-on-one appointments designed to:

• Determine the appropriate class level for new students.
• Evaluate whether a student is ready to advance to the next level before graduation.
• Provide personalized feedback on skills that need improvement before progressing.

Coaching Sessions are by appointment only and are subject to instructor availability.

Private lessons offer personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to your goals, whether you're a complete beginner, preparing for a special event, improving your technique, or accelerating your progress.
